Why is my coupon code not working?
Some coupon codes only work for 1st time purchase. Some others only work for specific promotions that will be indicated in each case.
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on any order totalizing $75 and up. We also offer free shipping for certain promotion items from time to time. This will be indicated on those items specific page.

After I place my order, how long does it take to receive my order?
When you place your order, it can take 2-7 business days to process your order (not including weekends of holidays), however during times when a highly popular item is being sold, holidays or other special circumstances orders may take 7-14 business days to process.
We try to be as clear as possible adding banners and messages on our website so you can place your order with full knowledge of the delivery time expected.
Some of our items ship from Overseas warehouses and can take up to 4 weeks (including processing time) to reach you.

You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number Here. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
How can I cancel or change my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within two hours of purchase If you need to change or cancel your order. We are not able to make modifications or cancel your order after two hours.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
What is your refund policy?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
If you want to return the items for any other reason:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information upon approval. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, or your cancellation request is approved: it can take up to 7 days to process your refund. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Opened or used items are non refundable.
Swimsuits, underwear and personal care items are non refundable.
We do not offer refunds on Free items.
